Abstract
This chapter, which consists of five parts, analyses the current situation of regional economy, society, energy and atmospheric environment, and takes it as the basis of building a comprehensive evaluation model of dynamic optimization of economic, social, energy and atmospheric haze control policies in Hebei province. The first part chooses the administrative divisions and population status of Hebei province to analyze the current social development situation of Hebei province. The second part uses the total economic volume, economic structure and financial revenue and expenditure of Hebei province to analyze the current economic development situation. The third part describes the current energy situation through the energy reserves, total energy utilization, contradiction between energy supply and demand, energy consumption intensity and energy utilization structure of Hebei province. The fourth part analyses the quantity and change of motor vehicles in Hebei province and other cities. The fifth part analyses the present situation, characteristics and countermeasures of haze pollution in Hebei province
